Job Summary
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
Implement and oversee project management activities for assigned customer programs.
Coordinate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.
Maintain existing customer relationships while developing and strengthening long-term business partnerships.
Lead customer satisfaction activities including surveys analysis follow-up actions and reporting.
Manage customer complaints by investigating issues coordinating resolutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
Review customer orders address order-related issues and monitor production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.
Perform contract and purchase order (PO) reviews process order entry and maintain accurate order schedules.
Provide project management support for existing products and customer programs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience including demonstrated success in handling and resolving customer complaints.
Familiarity with customer service systems and processes.
Working knowledge of project management order management and production planning procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Project and other standard business software.
Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong English communication skills including listening speaking reading and writing.
The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $70600-$95000.
