Pay Rate: $32.62 $46.25/Hour (Midpoint: $40.77)

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven CT Scan Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume diagnostic imaging department. This role carries 24/7 accountability for clinical quality staffing workflow efficiency and departmental performance within a leading acute care hospital.

• Maintain 24/7 operational oversight of CT imaging services and technologist performance.

• Ensure high standards of clinical quality throughput and patient safety.

• Manage staffing schedules productivity metrics and departmental workflow.

• Oversee equipment maintenance supply chain management and operational costs.

• Develop and mentor CT technologists and imaging staff.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies accreditation standards and imaging protocols.

• Collaborate with radiology leadership and hospital administration.

• Promote a patient-centered care environment aligned with organizational values.

• Associate Degree in Radiology or related field required.

• ARRT (R) certification required.

• Active Radiologic Technologist license required.

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.

• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in CT/imaging.

• Strong leadership communication and operational management skills.
