What youll do:
The Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Contact Center Representatives and Loan Assistants and monitor performance by preparing daily weekly and monthly reports by means of collecting and summarizing data.
Clerical
Track incentive attendance and performance metrics on a daily weekly and monthly basis
Administer compliance training courses
Leadership and Communication
Conduct meetings to go over announcements employee feedback and team building activities
Motivate team members to perform at a high level by maintaining a positive driven work atmosphere
Take disciplinary action as necessary to resolve disputes enforce department/company guidelines and hold employees accountable for their performance requirements
Real-time Management
Be the first resource to assist team members with general questions troubleshooting and all scenarios requiring escalation
Take escalated calls from client
Monitor hourly productivity to ensure employees are on task
Organize breaks and lunches
Execute managerial Salesforce operations such as determining the validity of advancements and merging duplicate files
Employee Development
Promote the development of individual team members by means of early involvement in new hire training holding structured one-on-one meetings and through ongoing coaching
Set individual productivity goals for team members and discuss potential avenues for career advancement; create a game plan for achieving both
Observe employee interactions with customers; provide direct feedback on quality and coach on ways to improve
Supervisor Team
Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure proper staffing levels across all systems
Cover for other supervisors as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum of six months work experience in the Contacting department at Veterans First Mortgage
This position is full-time (40 hours) in the evenings in office twice a week; flexibility to be able to cover other shifts on occasion
Receive positive feedback from supervisors and be in good standing regarding attendance metrics; consistently meet all minimum productivity requirements in your current position and no corrective actions in the last 6 months.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50000-$65000. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
