• Supervisar y apoyar a los equipos de limpieza en diferentes ubicaciones
• Verificar que los edificios cumplan con los estándares de limpieza de la empresa
• Capacitar y orientar a empleados nuevos y actuales
• Realizar inspecciones de calidad y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema
• Apoyar con las tareas de limpieza cuando sea necesario
• Mantener una comunicación efectiva con empleados clientes y gerencia
• Ayudar a coordinar las actividades diarias para asegurar que el trabajo se complete correctamente

• Hablar inglés y español (preferible)
• Experiencia previa como supervisor líder de equipo o en un puesto similar
• Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable
• Responsable organizado y con buena atención a los detalles
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y resolver problemas
