In this role youll serve as a key operational leader within the clinic helping coordinate workflows support team performance and maintain efficient day-to-day operations. Youll partner closely with providers staff and leadership to foster a positive team culture while helping deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to support smooth efficient workflows across the practice
- Supervise and support clinical and patient service team members including onboarding and staff development
- Coordinate staffing schedules and help ensure appropriate coverage for clinic operations
- Serve as a resource for staff providers and patients to support communication and problem-solving
- Address day-to-day operational and employee concerns while partnering with leadership on complex matters
- Monitor key clinic metrics support performance goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting expense management and operational planning
- Promote compliance with regulatory safety privacy and organizational standards
- Help foster a culture of teamwork accountability innovation and excellent patient service
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree RN/LPN/CMA or combination of education and experience required.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Must hold a current RN LPN OR CMA credential
