As a Supervisor Chemical Production Operations (2nd Shift) you will be trusted to lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safe compliant and efficient production operations at our manufacturing facility in Johns Creek Georgia.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Lead 2nd shift chemical manufacturing operations within a regulated (FDA/ISO) environment ensuring safe efficient and compliant production.

• Supervise and develop team members driving performance accountability and adherence to GMP/GxP and FDA standards.

• Oversee chemical processing compounding and equipment operations to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Manage daily production workflow documentation and quality controls to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

• Champion safety continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and maintain compliance.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc.6 yrs; M.S.0 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

• Work Hours: 2nd Shift 4:00 PM 12:30 AM

• Relocation/Sponsorship: No

Preferred:

• Industry experience in a regulated medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (GMP/GxP)

• Proven leadership experience in chemical production pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated life sciences operations

• Strong knowledge of FDA compliance cleanroom operations SOP adherence and quality systems

• Experience leading production teams driving performance and improving operational efficiency

• Ability to manage competing priorities production schedules and cross-functional stakeholders

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
