Overview:

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring a CSS Supervisor- Full Time Day schedule

The Central Sterile Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sterilization of medical equipment. Provides guidance leadership and supervision for personnel sterilizing equipment setting up standardized treatment trays and maintaining sterilization related equipment and documentation. Functions as a leader preceptor and educator. Manages and maintains department inventory and equipment. Collaborates with surgical team to coordinate timely delivery of sterile instruments for surgeries and procedures. Assist leader with compliance to ensure the department complies with all local state and federal healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement training programs for new staff and ongoing education for current team members.

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

• CRCST certification (Preferred)

• Related experience - 3 years (Required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $64438.40 - $98820.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
