Clean Harbors is now hiring a full-time Supervisor Branch Operations Support out of Easton IL.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Transportation and logistics setting managing OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers and fleet operations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to2530 OTR Bulk Oil Filter driversoperating nationwide.
• Promote safety culture andconduct regular safety meetingsfor the team.
• Handlesafety incidents and transportation-related incidentspromptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with theCentral Routing Groupto optimize driver routes and schedules.
• Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams.
• Overseecall-insand provide accurateETA updatesto the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities.
• Managetruck maintenance and breakdownsfor all assets within the group.
• Interview and hire OTR driversas needed to maintain staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum2 years of experiencein transportation logistics or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge ofdriver management and DOT compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus.
• CDL A or B license preferred.
