TheAdmissions and Registration Supervisor willberesponsible for supervising training and motivating team members. Trainsand coaches the Admitting staff; monitors activity for quality and productivity; analyzes develops and produces agent feedback andmanagement reports; conducts quality audits; coordinates the development of and reviews and implements departmental registration andadmission protocols. Responsible for serving in the Supervisory role as a group/team mentor and resource liaison. Ensures sufficient staffinglevels for twenty-four/seven operations.

Requirements:
- A. A. degree or 7 years of relevant work experience required
- Requires proficiency in the use of a multi-line telephone and nursing call bell. Able to navigate workstations on wheels copier calculator fax machine EPIC applications including scheduling registration billing order communications etc.
- Successful completion of all required EPIC courses and Patient Insurance training required within 90 days for all positions

- And more! Visithttps:// Range: Minimum 25.29/hour - Maximum 44.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
