Position Summary:
The Supervising Lead Engineer is the primary engineering leader on assigned projects responsible for coordination model management shop drawing production and overall project execution. This role is thecentral pointof contact between design teams field operations prefabrication and general contractorsensuring all engineering activitiesalignwith project schedules company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities (includebutarenot limited to):

• Serve as the primary engineering liaison between project stakeholders including design teams general contractors field operations and prefabrication teams
• Lead project planning and execution by aligning teams with CPM schedulesmaintainingproduction schedules monitoring budgets and enforcing project standards and procedures
• Manage project communications including RFIs submittals bulletins site visits issue tracking and stakeholder coordination to ensuretimelyresolution of engineering challenges
• Establish andmaintainproject BIM environments including Revit model creation and management ACC/Forma administration model integration and compliance with company standards
• Act as the project BIM subject matter expert supporting critical path planning model coordination and technology implementation
• Lead coordination efforts by managing clash detection QA/QC reviews coordination schedules reporting and resource allocation across internal and external teams
• Oversee shop drawing production ensuring compliance with contract requirements applicable codes and engineering standards whilemaintainingdrawing schedules and approval workflows
• Coordinate model-to-fabrication workflows ensuring seamless handoffs between coordination and shop drawing teams to support project execution and prefabrication activities
• Maintain project reporting systemsSmartsheets and documentation to provide visibility into project status priorities and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 57 years of experience in electrical construction engineering or BIM coordination; supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Proficiencyin Autodesk Revit ACC/Forma Navisworks orRevizto andSmartsheets
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling NEC code requirements and shop drawing processes
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Salary Range:$140k - $180k/year
