Position Summary
Supervising Dentists will be responsible for supervising patient care provided by the Dental Hygiene students and the Dental Hygiene faculty. Additionally this will include clinical oversight consultation evaluation of any oral abnormalities radiographic interpretation dental diagnosis preventative prescription and pain management. The Supervising Dentist shall be available for faculty staff student and patient consultation and referrals. Supervising Dentists will work closely with the Program Coordinator and Dean to build a robust curriculum.
Minimum Requirements
Doctorate ( DDS or DMD ) from an accredited dental school. Currently licensed in the State of Michigan. Current Controlled Substance License Currently certified in Health Care Provider BLS / CPR .
