About the Role:

A growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Supervising Case Manager to lead and support its Case Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys mentoring others improving client experiences and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced legal environment.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary resource for Case Managers oversee team performance manage client escalations and help ensure exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle. This role combines leadership training client relations and process improvement responsibilities while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both client outcomes and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise support and mentor Case Managers to ensure exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal questions guidance and escalations from Case Management staff.
  • Monitor and enhance the overall client experience throughout the life of each case.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns escalations and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train onboard and support new Case Management team members and other personal injury staff.
  • Act as a key liaison for medical providers marketers vendors and other external partners.
  • Step in as an interim Case Manager when needed to ensure continuity of service and case progression.
  • Assist with workload distribution team coordination and case management processes.
  • Create update and maintain workflows templates and system entries within Filevine.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procedures efficiency and overall team performance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to support departmental goals and client satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in personal injury case management required.
  • Previous leadership supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and client service best practices.
  • Experience managing client relationships and resolving escalated concerns.
  • Proficiency with Filevine or similar legal case management software.
  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional demeanor sound judgment and commitment to client service excellence.
  • Strong coaching mentoring and training abilities.
