Superintendent

This position requires strong leadership field management and communication skills along with solid technical proficiency. Candidates with scheduling experience are preferred but were open to training the right person.

• Manage all on-site activities from mobilization through completion.
  

• Maintain direct communication with clients design teams and inspectors.
  

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safety quality and schedule compliance.
  

• Implement and manage construction schedules (training provided if needed).
  

• Oversee jobsite safety programs and lead all inspections.
  

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager for seamless project delivery.
  

• Manage RFIs submittals and quality control documentation.
  

• Attend and lead OAC and coordination meetings.
  

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Superintendent running projects independently.
  

• 8 years of overall construction experience ideally in commercial or public works.
  

• Experience with lab medical military or higher-education projects preferred.
  

• Tech-savvy and proficient with Procore Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
  

• Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
