About the role

We are looking for a Superintendent Resource & Mine Geology to lead the delivery ofaccurate integrated geological knowledge and resource models that support safe operationsoptimizemine value and reduce geological risk.

This isa great opportunityfor a strategic and collaborative leader to influence decision-making strengthen technical capability and enhance operational performance through high-quality geological insights.

Reporting to the Manager Surface Mine Planning and Geoscienceand working within a cross-functional environment you will:

  • Lead and develop the Resource & Mine Geology team building capability and fostering a strong safety culture

  • Oversee resource modelling estimation and compliance with industry standards and governance requirements

  • Deliver orebody knowledge (OBK) and reconciliation insights to support operational and planning decisionsand program improvement

  • Define and implement OBK strategies to manage geological risk and improve resource confidence

  • Ensure effective grade control and geological dataacquisition andmanagement to supportdesignexecution andvalue-streamperformance

  • Collaborate across planning operations geotechnical and metallurgical teams tooptimizevalue delivery

  • Drive continuous improvement in geological practices data integration and modelling processes

About you

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team (mandatoryfirst bulletfor all job adverts)

  • Bachelors degree in Geology Geologic Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Extensive experience in mine geology including modelling data analysis and interpretation (typically 10 years in mining or similar environments)

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide high-performing teams

  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across technical and operational stakeholders
