DESCRIPTION:

As a Superintendent at Tutor Perini O&G Joint Venture. reporting to the Project Executive you will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule.

• Assume responsibility for planning coordinating and supervising onsite functions (schedulingsubcontractor coordination etc.).

• Assume responsibility for compliance of crafts and subcontractors with contract documents efficient use ofmaterials & equipment and timely performance of the project schedule.

• Provide technical assistance i.e. interpretation of drawingsrecommending construction methods and equipment etc. as required.

• Assist project management in developing project schedule site logistics plan and implementing project procedures working documents standards etc.

• Support Site Specific Safety Plan.

• Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.

• Perform additional assignments per supervisors direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 20 years of supervisory field experience with large heavy civil infrastructure construction projects valued at 200 million plus.

• Minimum of 10 years construction superintendent and/or craft supervision experience in new building and/or structure construction including piles concrete and structural steel.

• Knowledge skills and experience with U.S. construction methods techniques and standards.

• Highschool diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Experience with City State Federal Government Clients preferred

• Knowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craft

• MS Word/Excel Procure Bluebeam HCSS Heavy bid

• OSHA certification First Aid Certs

• Excellent written and verbal skills
