Superintendent

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Denver CO area for an individual with 2-5 years experience as a Superintendent with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits a 401K w/ matching PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 2-5 years of Superintendent experience working with Concrete projects.
• Experience with crew management manpower planning blueprint-reading and some Project Tracking is a MUST
• Familiarity assisting with submittals pulling permits and preparing reports is a PLUS
• Some knowledge of Bluebeam Maxwell ProContractor and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS

• Degree Vocational School and/or Certifications in Engineering or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS
