The Clinton Prairie School Corporation Board of School Trustees is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent effective July 1 2026.

Qualifications:

• Holds or is eligible to obtain an Indiana Superintendent License
• At least 3 years of building administration experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
• Experience in school finance personnel management and strategic planning preferred

• Providing leadership for all district operations and educational programs
• Working collaboratively with the Board of School Trustees staff students parents and community members
• Supporting high academic standards and student success
• Managing district finances and resources responsibly
• Promoting a positive and safe learning environment
