HTM Contractors is growing its demolition excavation and infrastructure operations and is looking for a Superintendent who takes pride in field leadership organization accountability safety and production.

$125000/year
Quarterly performance bonuses up to $24000 annually

THE WORK
Demolition operations
Excavation and grading
Site utilities and infrastructure work
Crew leadership and production management
Equipment coordination and utilization
Safety enforcement and toolbox talks
Schedule execution and 2-week look-aheads
Daily report verification and field communication
Quality control and utility damage prevention
Coordination with GC subcontractors and vendors
