Lead the Build. Power the Beatty is seeking a Mission Critical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex data center and mission critical projects in Northern Virginia. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of building the infrastructure that powers the digital Center experience is required for this functionsAs a Mission Critical Superintendent youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for:Driving a Zero Harm safety culture across all field and supervising all subcontractor and self-perform project planning scheduling and logistics from preconstruction through field execution quality control and compliance with project specs and with the Project Manager on budgeting forecasting and cost and developing assistant superintendents and field safety through daily walks toolbox talks and incident subcontractor meetings OAC meetings and project and maintain project schedules (P6 preferred) 3-week lookaheads and pull planning procurement tracking change order negotiations and cost-loaded quality through inspections punch list management and final strong relationships with owners architects engineers and community requirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional construction or engineering education a plus.10 years of commercial construction experience including 5 years in a supervisory experience on mission critical/data center with tools like Procore Bluebeam Navisworks Microsoft Office and ideally Primavera knowledge of construction documents codes and field 30 certification Join Balfour BeattyWork on cutting-edge high-impact projects in one of the most active data center markets in the part of a company that values safety innovation and a culture of mentorship growth and Rate: $00/year*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
