Projects Youll Help Build

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors schedules site logistics and quality control
• Drive project safety and maintain HC Companys safety standards
• Coordinate with owners architects engineers and project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs change orders daily reports and as-built drawings
• Build strong relationships with clients trade partners and project teams

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities
• Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
• Proficiency with Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
• Demonstrated commitment to quality safety and project excellence
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs
