ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for a new data center build owning day-to-day site operations across complex utility-intensive infrastructure and vertical construction. This roleis responsible fordrivingschedule coordinating trades and ensuring disciplined execution in a high-stakes mission-critical environment.

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through commissioning

• Own schedule execution sequencing and milestone delivery across multiple trades

• Coordinate subcontractors vendors and internal teams tomaintainworkflow continuity

• Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities power and telecom systems

• Partner with engineering design and inspection teams to resolve field issues in real time

• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all site operations

• Manage daily reporting production tracking and progress against schedule

• Ensure quality control inspections and successful turnover for commissioning

• Drive accountability across crews tomaintainpace precision and execution standards

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience supervising large-scale sitework and/or data center construction projects

• Strong background in heavy civil underground utilities and infrastructure sequencing

• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on fast-paced job sites

• Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and production-driven execution

• Ability to coordinate across engineering inspection and utility stakeholders

• Hands-on leader with a strongtrack recordof safety ownership and zero-incident culture

• Comfortable operating in high-pressure milestone-driven environments

• Detail-oriented with strong command of drawings specs and field problem-solving

• Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure (power fiber telecom etc.) preferred
