Superintendent

Overview:
We are seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects particularly within healthcare higher education and K-12 sectors including both new construction and renovation projects.

Project Experience (Required):

• Medical / Healthcare facilities
• Higher Education (Colleges & Universities)
• K-12 Schools
• Experience in both New Construction and Renovation projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to quality standards
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues proactively

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects
