NOW HIRING: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Were seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing façade restoration concrete repair and building-envelope projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations crews subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate schedules manpower materials equipment and jobsite logistics
• Ensure work meets plans specifications manufacturer requirements and quality standards
• Monitor project progress workmanship safety and productivity
• Coordinate with Project Managers owners general contractors consultants and engineers
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs change orders inspections punch lists and project closeout
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous Superintendent General Foreman Foreman or similar field leadership experience required
• Commercial waterproofing concrete repair façade restoration or building-envelope experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Experience with scaffolding aerial lifts rigging swing stages and fall protection preferred
• Valid drivers license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Shift 11pm-7am
