JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Eberly College of Science Summer Undergraduate Research Experience(SURE) program is a 10-week summer training program designed to give motivated Penn State undergraduates in the college the opportunity to engage in full-time (40 hoursper week) research and related professional development activities.Undergraduates will work on specific faculty research projects outlined by their facultymember. These research projects were previously discussed andoutlineoutlinedwith their facultymemberinpreviousmeetings. The goal of the Eberly College of Science SURE program isto offer studentsan immersive and hands-on researchexperiences that will help themdetermineif they want to pursue a career in research while they develop skills for success at Penn State and beyond.
Only students who were accepted tothe Eberly College of ScienceSummer Undergraduate Research Experience(SURE)are eligible for thisjobopportunity.
