Summer Technology Portfolio Management Intern

The intern willestablisha collaborative and sustainableapproach toorganizeand manageportfolio documentationusing the Microsoft Collaboration tools which serves as a central communication andcollaborationrepository for the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) and keybusinessstakeholders. The role willalsoassistwithmaintainingdata quality in Planview to supportportfoliolevelreporting.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and business relationships.

• Assistwith documenting portfolio management processes and creating supporting reference materials and job aids.
• Redesign theTechnologyPortfolio Managementcollaborationsite.
• Exposeexternally facing portfolio content used to communicate with the broaderSherwinWilliamsenterprise and stakeholders engaged in portfolio delivery governance and investment committee activities.
• Support data hygiene andcleanupefforts in Planview for active initiatives and programs to improve reporting accuracy.
• Assistwith basic portfolio reporting preparation and validation.
• Collaborate with team members on meeting preparation updates andfollowupactions related to portfolio activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursing a bachelors degree or higher in one of the following areas of study:
  • Finance accounting or economics
  • Information systems information technology or computer science
  • Business concentration in operations supply chain or technology management

Preferred Qualifications:
