Summer School Teacher Mazama High School (Temporary)

This is a temporary summer school position for internal applicants only.

Dates: June 15-July 2
Days: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
Times: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Mazama High School

This job description applies to high school teachers unless otherwise identified by a specific teaching assignment in an alternate job description. Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for a specific position by the supervisor.

Primary Function:
Hold or qualify for an Oregon teaching license through Teacher Standards and Practices
Commission and authorization and be considered highly qualified by the Oregon Department of Education.

To plan organize and implement an appropriate instructional program as designated by the Klamath County School District in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Preferred Candidates: Bilingual SIOP trained ESOL endorsed teachers CPI Trained CPR and an endorsement in at least one of the following areas: CTE Manufacturing Health/PE ELA Social Studies or Science.
