[Summer Internship] Business Process Optimization Intern

The intern will support projects focused on evaluating business processes identifying opportunities for optimization improving standardization and helping teams operate more efficiently across functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of the business while contributing to meaningful operational initiatives.

What Youll Support

• Assist in evaluating mapping and documenting current business processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities for process optimization standardization and operational efficiency
• Support AI-based process improvement initiatives; projects may include workflow automation customer service chatbot/agent development or AI-enabled knowledge tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams to better understand workflows challenges and business needs
• Help organize information analyze data and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Create presentations process documentation summaries and reports
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations

Preferred Background

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Industrial Engineering Operations Supply Chain Analytics or a related field
• Interest in process evaluation operational efficiency continuous improvement or business transformation initiatives
