Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer HR Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting sourcing and administrative operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and human resources while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruiting and sourcing process including reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone email or LinkedIn
  • Support the HR team with data entry and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
  • Perform scanning shredding and digitizing of employee files to maintain accurate records
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a or completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interest in recruiting talent acquisition or HR operations
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems tools and software
  • Bilingual a plus!
