Summer Group Leader/Early Learning Professional

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.

For those with experience working with students the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before- and after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.

Were looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role you will:

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff

This role is ideal for educators with experience in:

• Teaching or classroom leadership
• School administration or program coordination
• Paraprofessional or instructional support roles
• Youth programs mentoring or tutoring

Retired educators and school professionals are encouraged to apply.

Heres what youll need:

• Must have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4) and be 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

Pay & Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour (must have proof of experience)
