Job Summary
Overview
The Summer Associate will directly support the Business Function Leader while gaining executive-level exposure through a structured dotted-line relationship with the Chief and/or Vice President of Department. This opportunity is intentionally designed to build foundational business capabilities and develop future business leaders with a strong emphasis on acquisition integration program/project management employee experience and strategic analytics.
This role offers meaningful hands-on experience mentorship from senior leaders and visibility into enterprise-level strategy and execution.
Reporting Structure

- Dotted Line: Chief or Vice President of Department
Key Responsibilities
1) Operations & Business Support
- Assist with employee experience
- Support reporting analytics and dashboard creation
- Partner with Business Partners on day-to-day task
- Contribute to culture-building initiatives and employee experience efforts
- Project/Program Manager
2) Executive Exposure
- Participate in monthly 1:1 mentorship sessions with the VP and department heads
- Attend select leadership meetings and strategy discussions
- Prepare executive summaries briefing materials and presentations
- Receive coaching on professional communication influence and executive presence
3) Strategic Projects
Objective: Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks tracking progress documentation and assisting in the successful execution of projects while gaining hands-on experience in project lifecycle management.
Examples of Key Deliverables (but not limited):
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans timelines and documentation
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and capture detailed notes and action items
- Track project progress deadlines and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as needed
- Support cross-functional communication by liaising with stakeholders and team members
- Analyze project data and prepare status reports dashboards and presentations
- Maintain organized project files documentation and version control
- Support resource scheduling and task allocation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiencyÂ

4) Data Analysis
Objective: Aspiring data analytics professional seeking an internship to apply analytical skills in data collection analysis and visualization to generate insights that support informed business decisionmaking.
Examples of Key Deliverables (but not limited):
- Assist in gathering cleaning and validating data from multiple sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
- Support the creation of data models and basic statistical analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Document data processes methodologies and findings
- Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Sophomore or Junior Pursuing a Bachelors degree or Master degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated interest in strategy employee experience and organizational development
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
