Summer Aquatics Director

Location: Multiple Coppermine Pool Locations (3 Pools- Baltimore County)
Position Type: Seasonal Full-Time (Summer)

Are you an energetic organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment Were looking for a Summer Aquatics Director to oversee operations at three pool facilities ensuring exceptional customer service safe operations and a positive experience for our members guests and staff.

This leadership role requires someone who is hands-on dependable and available to work weekends or be on-call throughout the summer season.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at three pool locations.
• Recruit schedule supervise and support pool managers lifeguards and front gate staff.
• Conduct regular visits to each pool to ensure high operational and safety standards.
• Provide leadership coaching and accountability to pool management teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pool managers and assist with problem-solving throughout the day.
• Coordinate facility rentals special events and private pool parties.
• Communicate with the pool maintenance company regarding repairs water quality concerns and equipment issues.
• Perform routine facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all health department regulations company policies and aquatic safety standards.
• Assist with member concerns and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage staffing adjustments and respond to last-minute scheduling needs.
• Be available to work weekends and remain on-call for operational issues throughout the summer.
