General Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a bachelors masters or doctoral degree program related to their area of interest

• An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later

• Relevant coursework academic projects research student-organization involvement or previous internship experience

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

• The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a collaborative environment

• A willingness to ask questions receive feedback and learn new tools technologies and processes

Software and Firmware Engineering

Candidates interested in Software and Firmware Engineering may be pursuing a degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Software Engineering Cybersecurity or a related field.

Relevant experience may include:

• Programming experience with C C Python Java JavaScript or another relevant language

• Embedded systems firmware microcontrollers device drivers or hardware-software integration

• Bare-metal Linux or real-time operating system development

• Wireless protocols networking cloud platforms APIs SDKs or developer tools

• Software testing test automation debugging version control or continuous integration

• Security concepts such as secure coding cryptography authentication or embedded security

Product Test and Validation Engineering

Candidates interested in Product Test and Validation Engineering may be pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Physics or a related field.

Relevant experience may include:

• Electronic circuits semiconductor devices microcontrollers or embedded systems

• Laboratory testing hardware bring-up characterization or failure analysis

• Experience using oscilloscopes logic analyzers multimeters signal generators or similar laboratory equipment

• Test development or automation using Python C/C MATLAB LabVIEW or similar tools

• Data collection statistical analysis debugging and technical documentation

• Software validation quality assurance test planning or defect tracking

Applications and Systems Engineering

Candidates interested in Applications and Systems Engineering may be pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Relevant experience may include:

• Embedded hardware firmware software or system-level development

• Microcontrollers wireless systems sensors evaluation boards or development kits

• Hardware and software debugging using laboratory equipment and development tools

• Wireless technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy Wi-Fi Zigbee Thread Matter or proprietary protocols

• Developing prototypes reference applications demonstrations or technical documentation

• Explaining technical concepts clearly and working with customers or cross-functional engineering teams

Business and Corporate

Candidates interested in Business and Corporate opportunities may be pursuing a degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics Human Resources Marketing Communications Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety Sustainability or a related field.

Relevant experience may include:

• Financial analysis accounting principles budgeting reporting or data analysis

• Recruiting employee programs organizational development or human resources

• Marketing content development social media communications or event coordination

• Environmental compliance workplace safety sustainability or corporate responsibility

• Experience using Excel PowerPoint data-visualization tools or other business software

• Project coordination research presentation development and stakeholder communication
