Job Summary
As a Sales Support Analyst Intern youll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve how our team operates communicates and supports the business. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving technology process improvement and creating resources that help others succeed.
In this role you may:
- Explore AI and automation opportunitiesto help streamline team processes reduce manual work and improve efficiency across Sales Support activities.
- Create training materials and team resources including guides reference documents job aids knowledge articles and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiativesby identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience.
- Assist with data analysis projects gathering insights from business data to support decision-making track key metrics and identify trends.
- Partner with Sales Support Sales Leadership and cross-functional teamsto understand business needs and help document processes and requirements.
- Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools ensuring information is organized accessible and up to date.
- Participate in project planning and execution contributing ideas and helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Develop dashboards reports and visualizationsthat help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Test and evaluate new tools technologies and system enhancementsthat support operational excellence.
- Present findings recommendations and project updatesto team members and stakeholders gaining valuable experience in business communication and collaboration.
This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement AI innovation business analytics training development and project management while making a tangible impact on the Sales Support organization.

What You Need
Currently pursuing aBachelors or Mastersdegree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
Must be legallyauthorized to work in the U.S. and not requireemployment-basedsponsorship now or in the future.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
$20 min hourly wage $35 max hourly wage sign-on bonus 11 paid holidays annually and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend dependent upon hiring location
