Opportunities Available

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team during the Summer of 2027. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions where you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop professional skills and contribute to impactful business addition to supporting digital marketing activities the internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of communications strategies processes and tools with exposure to Marketing Communications Marketing Operations Tradeshow & Events Marketing Technology and other commercial functions that support customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Stryker Joint Replacements digital marketing strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns; tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations; researching and monitoring industry trends to identify engagement opportunities; and contributing to projects across a variety of communications initiatives.

Majors Targeted: Marketing Business Business Administration/Management Communications

$20 min hourly wage $35 max hourly wage sign-on bonus 11 paid holidays annually and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

• Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager WordPress etc.) for business purposes.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus.
