Why Join the Summer 2027 Finance Internship

Launch your career with hands-on finance experience at Johnson & Johnson. During this full-time 10-week summer program you will work on meaningful projects build business acumen strengthen your analytical skills and learn how finance helps drive decisions across a global healthcare company.

Interns may support teams in Financial Planning & Analysis Commercial Finance Supply Chain Finance R&D Finance Internal Audit Tax and other finance functions. Projects may include budgeting reporting forecasting business analysis process improvement and special projects that help solve real business challenges.

Opportunities are available across Johnson & Johnsons Innovative Medicine Medical Technology and Corporate businesses. Internship roles may be based in locations such as New Brunswick and Raritan NJ; Horsham Spring House and West Chester PA; Jacksonville FL; Warsaw IN; Cincinnati OH; Irvine CA; Danvers and Raynham MA; and El Paso TX/Juarez MX.

This internship is also a strong pipeline into Johnson & Johnsons Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) a 2.5 year rotational early-career program designed to help future finance leaders grow through hands-on roles structured learning and ongoing coaching.

What Were Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or fifth-year masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics or another business-related field with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
• You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
• You are legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualified applicants will be reviewed in early Fall 2026.

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $25.50/hour and $28/hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or experience.

This position is overtime eligible.

Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance sick time and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
