As ourData Analytics Intern youll work on real-world projects that impact how we service devices support clinicians and improve patient care. This intern will be motivated have a positive attitude and be able to function on a team in a fast-paced environment. They should have the ability to self-manage with minimal supervision to run multiple projects and to provide timely updates. Attention to detail and desire to produce quality work is always required.

The Data Analytics Intern will also work to:

• Buildinteractive Power BI dashboardsto visualize device performance service metrics and clinical trends.
• Analyze data fromSQL Server Excel and cloud platformsto uncover patterns and drive decisions.
• Collaborate withfield ops managers clinical engineers and data scientiststo define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Automate reporting workflows usingPower Automate and Power Apps.
• Present insights to cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Apply AI models to identify patterns in service logs and device usage that signal inefficiencies or potential failures.
• Develop predictive tools to optimize technician dispatching reduce downtime and improve service response times.
• Support the team in ad-hoc data projects and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inComputer Science Data Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with data warehousing data preparation or data gateways
• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI SSAS SSRS and SSIS) including DAX Power Query and dashboard design.
• Understanding of JavaScript CSS SQL and other JavaScript libraries
• Strong understanding ofdata visualization predictive analytics andmachine learning basics.
• Proficiency inPython R SQL.
• Experience withbiomedical dataimage processing or web apps preferred.
