As a Substitute Teacher you will:

• Lead the classroom by following the teachers lesson plans
• Create a safe positive and engaging learning environment
• Encourage student participation and keep students on task throughout the day
• Maintain classroom expectations and manage student behavior professionally
• Supervise students during classroom activities lunch recess and transitions
• Communicate effectively with teachers and school administrators regarding the days activities and any student concerns

• Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associates Degree
• At least one year of childcare tutoring mentoring coaching youth programs or related experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable adaptable and professional
• A passion for helping students succeed in a K12 educational setting
