Substitute ClericalSchool Year

Job Summary

The job of a Clerical Substitute is done for the purpose/s of providing appropriate care for ill and/or injured students screening calls transferring calls responding to inquiries and/or taking messages; providing requested clerical support at school/district office. A Clerical Substitute is under the direct supervision of the site administrator.

Requirements / Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
PASSED proficiency exam or 48 Units (waives proficiency exam)
Typing Test 40 WPM

Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:
*Skills to operate standard office equipment including use of computer applications use English in both written and verbal form use correct spelling grammar and punctuation administer first aid.
**Knowledge of standard office equipment
