About the Job

The Substance Use Services Specialist will oversee the training supervision and day-to-day work of Substance Use Services workers across the agency under the guidance of the Clinical Director of Substance Use Services. They will also maintain a client caseload and provide outpatient therapy services.

• Must have or be eligible for an independent Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification in the state of Iowa (CADC IADC or IAADC)
• Must have at least 3 years of experience independently providing substance use disorder services
• Must have at least 3 years of experience providing services in a clinical setting
• An active Iowa license (LMHC LMSW LISW or LMFT) is preferred but not required
