Salary Range:$57625 $68761 *Based on experience and education

$4000 Sign-On Bonus for Clinicians with Professional Fluency in Spanish and English

What Youll Do

• Lead 34 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.

• Salary range: $50000-$60000/ year *Based on experience and education
  Schedule:
• Bachelors or Masters degree

• Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW LPC LMHC MCAP LMFT CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
• Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)

  • Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus

• Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT
