SubstanceUse/Mental Health SpecialistCommunity Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patient-centered medical homes medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based SummaryThe Substance Use/Mental Health Specialist is responsible for the provision of clinical therapeutic services to patients assigned to the CBI Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (F/ACT) team. The Substance Use/Mental Health Specialist will provide assessment diagnosis and treatment to patients (and their families) whom are assigned to the F/ACT team. Each area below is defined by specific function as it relates to policy process and the governing rules set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) Bureau of Medical facilities Licensing (BMFL) and the Code of Federal Regulations. Each employee will be held accountable and responsible for fulfilling each of these duties as well as having the capability to carry them out. Experience RequiredBachelors Degree in a field related Behavioral Health or 1 year of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment. Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
