Job Description
Step into a highimpact role at the center of daily construction operations. As a Subcontract Technical Representative you will serve as the primary connection between subcontractors and the Bettis sitekeeping projects progressing smoothly aligning teams and ensuring work stays on track.
In this position you will engage directly with daily subcontractor activities understand their scope of work and ensure they have the resources and approvals needed to execute safely and effectively. Your support will drive project momentum through permits submittals coordination onsite oversight and collaboration with subject matter experts.
You will play a key role in upholding safety quality security and contractual requirements helping safeguard operations while maintaining project continuity. While the role is primarily based onsite at Bettis occasional travel to other Program locations may be required for training or benchmarking. Some offshift or backshift coverage will also be necessary to support active construction activities.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; orMasters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Previous field construction experience or commercial safety oversight (OSHA 1910 / 1926) is preferred

$106200.00 - $166000.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion LLC (FMP) a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
