Subaru White Plains (part of The Premier Collection) is hiring an upbeat customer-first receptionist to be the primary face and voice of our showroom. If you have hospitality retail or reception experience and want to grow into sales service or management we want to talk to you.

What Youll Do

• Warmly greet showroom visitors and answer inbound phone inquiries.
• Connect clients with sales consultants and management smoothly.
• Handle basic administrative tasks: CRM customer logging deposit handling and inventory stock-ins.
• Keep client hospitality areas clean stocked and welcoming.

What Were Looking For

• Outgoing personality with strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (prior CRM or dealership software experience is a plus but we train).
• Dependable punctual and professional daily presentation.
