What Youll Do
Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales operations and margins
Hire schedule and staff to demand within budget
Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s
Plan and promote monthly studio events
Ensure the facility is clean maintained and operationally sound
What You Bring

Bachelors in business or related field
