• The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
• Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue inventory payroll cost controls and facilities maintenance
• 20 hrs of coaching
• Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
• Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
• Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related) Past Due Account Procedures Customer Care calls etc.
• Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean maintained and operationally sound

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field with 3 years of management
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600000 or higher annual revenue
