Studio Assistant Manager | Sales and Operations

Were looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day studio operations across the front desk team massage therapists and our newly launched skincare and facial services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people leadership studio operations and being part of a growing wellness business.

As the Assistant Manager/Studio Manager youll support the Area Manager and help keep the entire studio running smoothly. Youll be visible on the floor approachable to staff and focused on both the client experience and team performance.

• Support and oversee daily operations of the studio
• Lead coach and support front desk staff massage therapists and estheticians
• Help onboard train and support new team members across all roles
• Support scheduling coverage and workflow for front desk and service providers
• Reinforce service standards client experience expectations and brand values
• Assist with membership growth retail sales and skincare service adoption
• Address client concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming studio environment
• Partner with the Area Manager on performance communication and team culture

This is an in-studio role and not remote or seasonal.

• A calm confident leader who enjoys supporting teams across different roles
• Comfortable balancing people management with hands-on operational work
• Clear communicator who builds trust with staff and clients
• Organized dependable and able to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts
• Someone who leads by example and is comfortable jumping in where needed

• 2 years of spa management is preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a membership-driven environment (wellness fitness spa or hospitality)
• Experience managing or supporting both sales and service teams
• Familiarity with scheduling systems POS software and studio operations
• Interest in skincare facials or wellness services is a plus
