This Studies Engineering Program Manager (SEPM) role interacts with a multitude of disciplines including engineering clinical data analysis regulatory legal procurement and other project management teams. A successful SEPM thrives on collaboration and consensus building in an ever shifting environment working with teams to clarify goals and develop the study strategy to support them. This person loves to analyze a multitude of options develop risk mitigation plans and manage the program-level budgets and forecasts.
B.S. degree in biomedical engineering or any engineering field or equivalentn5 years of proven project management experiencenSolid understanding of human research studies lifecycle with the ability to quickly adapt to changing directionnStrong organizational and management skills with a track record of on-time project deliverynSelf-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and resourcefulness to drive projects to successnExcellent cross-functional and executive level communication skills nAble to prioritize issues and track the details as well as be in touch with the big picturenFlexible and comfortable with ambiguity able to rapidly optimize across many variables to problem solve and effectively guide decisionsnExperience in budgeting and financial forecasting at a program levelnExperience in executive level communicationsnAbility to be onsite; this role is a hybrid in-person positionnSome travel may be required up to approximately 10%
Experience in clinical research helpful but not requirednExperience in Ru0026D or consumer product development a plus - familiarity with the changing dynamics of research and development will help you thrive in this role
