Position Details:

This direct hire role is part time on call and performs work in the M Store on the campus of Maryville University. Hours will range within 8:00AM- 6:00PM and available to work rotational weekends. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Lifting up to 55lbs and a valid drivers license is needed. We handle all incoming package deliveries for the University Faculty and Students.

Hourly Compensation: $15.00-17.00 USD per hour

The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in addition to:

• Operating mailing copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail parcels copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment in addition to:

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
