Job Description:

The Executive MBA (EMBA) Student Worker helps support classes events faculty and students during Executive MBA weekends and special program activities. EMBA classes are typically held one weekend each month.

Responsibilities
Set up classrooms before class begins.
Assist with room setup and cleanup including arranging tables and chairs and moving supplies.
Help with catering setup refreshments and event support.
Welcome and assist students prospective students faculty and guests.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the EMBA team.
Assist with technology needs; experience with Canvas and Zoom is helpful.
Take photos or videos during events if requested.
Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Ability to work independently and follow directions.
Organized dependable and detail-oriented.
Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.
Experience with Canvas Zoom photography or videography is a plus but not required.
