Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY | Provide general office & event support to the Campus Inclusion Center. Assist with event setup program coordination and perform general clerical and administrative tasks associated with CIC programs and events. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | Execute event set-up & break down create / execute event décor for Heritage months & CIC events. Research inclusion content and topics evaluate surveys and review Campus Inclusion suggestion box entries for programming ideas. Create posters and/or fliers for CIC related events and programs. Provide general clerical/administrative support for CIC programs and events. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required Must be a current full-time student at Seton Hall University Be in good academic standing with Seton Hall University Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 Be available to attend mandatory trainings and events |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Event set-up experience public relations/marketing experience (for student/campus events) poster/flier design capabilities customer service/hospitality experience. Interested in promoting and/or learning about inclusion. |
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS | PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift tables chairs & misc. items up to 15 lbs Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required. Must be able to lift tables chairs & misc. items up to 15 lbs. |
